Big Idea
This course is about leverage in the insurance industry. The goal is not to motivate agents to work more hours. The goal is to help them build capacity, reduce rework, and create systems that make future work easier.
The live conference was built around a simple observation: agents are operating inside a structurally leveraged industry, but many experience it as a constant hustle business. Renewals, service work, client questions, compliance concerns, and scattered information can make the business feel heavier over time, even though the industry itself is designed to compound.
That is why the course does not start with AI tricks. It starts with the foundation. Before AI can meaningfully amplify your work, you need to understand what work is being repeated, where time is leaking, and what knowledge needs to be captured.
Leverage works best when there is something real to multiply.
Why This Course Exists
Most agents already work hard. They care about their clients, they follow up on commitments, and they spend a lot of time solving problems. The issue is that too much of that work disappears after it is done once.
An answer gets written in an email and then gets buried. A strategy gets explained to one client and then rebuilt for the next one. A renewal analysis is completed, but the process behind it is not captured. Over time, the agency keeps paying for the same work again and again.
This course is designed to help you interrupt that pattern. Instead of treating every task as a one-time effort, the course teaches you to look for reusable assets, repeatable systems, stronger partner relationships, and tools that remove unnecessary steps.
The Course Flow
The course follows the same three-part arc as the virtual conference. Each part builds on the one before it, so the sequence matters.
Building Your Foundation. Create capacity, understand time, organize knowledge, and build the system that makes leverage possible.
Creating Leverage. Turn knowledge into assets, reduce friction, use people and partners, and apply better strategies.
Amplifying with AI. Use AI as a multiplier for structured knowledge, repeatable workflows, and future-ready systems.
Why AI Comes Later
AI can help agents think faster, write faster, analyze faster, and create faster. But AI is not the starting point. If your work is scattered, your knowledge is buried, and your processes are inconsistent, AI may make you faster without making you more organized.
The first two parts of the course are about preparing the ground. You will look at capacity, structure, time, knowledge bases, client context, strategies, outsourcing, communication, and tools. Those pieces matter even if AI did not exist.
Once those pieces are in place, AI becomes much more powerful. Instead of using it as a generic chatbot, you can begin to use it as a system partner that helps you reuse what you already know and build on what you have already created.
How to Use This Course
As you go through each lesson, look for one practical bottleneck. The goal is not to rebuild your entire agency at once. The goal is to identify repeated work, capture useful knowledge, and make one part of the business easier the next time it comes up.
Keep the slides available as a reference, but use the written lesson as a guide. The video gives you the teaching flow and examples. The written lesson turns that material into something easier to review, search, and apply later.
By the end of the course, you should have a clearer sense of where your agency is under-leveraged and what kind of asset, system, tool, or relationship would create the biggest return on effort.
Apply It
Before moving into Lesson 1, think about one area of your work that feels heavier than it should. Is it heavy because the work is truly difficult, or because the same work keeps getting repeated without becoming an asset?
That question will come up throughout the course. The answer is often the starting point for leverage.
